Live CRM sync
Set up live sync with Pipedrive
Pipedrive live sync via OAuth — available on request. Manual CSV migration works today.
Set up live sync with Pipedrive
Pipedrive live sync replaces the manual filtered-CSV export step with a continuous background pull from your Pipedrive account, so closed-lost deals show up in Thawly automatically.
What live sync does
- Thawly watches your Pipedrive for new and updated closed-lost deals (status =
lost) across every pipeline you give it access to. - Lost deals you mark in Pipedrive appear in Thawly automatically — no re-filtering, no CSV step.
- Re-engagement signals fire when one of your monitored companies' UK public-data triggers lines up with a closed-lost deal in your Pipedrive.
What data Thawly reads
Read-only on deals + users; write only when you opt in to activity write-back. The Pipedrive OAuth consent screen will show the following scopes:
deals:read— pull deals, stages, values, expected/actual close dates, andlost_reasontext.users:read— read pipeline + user metadata so the import filter shows the right stages and owners.notes:read— pull the most recent note attached to each deal so Thawly's AI has post-mortem context (call summaries, "tried Q3 still no budget", etc.).notes:write— used only if you opt in to the activity write-back feature (default off). When on, Thawly creates a single timestamped note on the Pipedrive deal each time it surfaces a re-engagement signal.
Thawly never sees contact-level personal data — no email addresses, no phone numbers, no contact names. Only company-level deal context.
What Thawly never does
- Never writes back to your Pipedrive account unless you explicitly opt in to the optional activity write-back feature (default off).
- Never deletes records.
- Never reads contacts, leads, organisations beyond name/website, or any module beyond deals + notes.
- Never modifies stages, owners, values, or expected close dates.
Set up
Pipedrive live sync requires an active Pipedrive subscription on Thawly's side — get in touch and we'll quote setup.
In the meantime, the manual import path works today —
The manual route uses your team's Pipedrive seat to filter to the closed-lost pipeline, export the CSV, and drop it into Thawly. It takes about 10 minutes and gives you the same signal coverage as the live OAuth sync — the only difference is that you'll need to re-run the export periodically as new deals close.
After setup
Once live sync is enabled for your account:
- Sync runs every 15 minutes in the background.
- See sync status, last-sync time, and total deals imported on the integrations page.
- Disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations — revokes the OAuth token and stops all future syncs. Already-imported deals stay in Thawly.
- If the token is revoked from Pipedrive's side, the card flips to a red "Reconnect" state. Sync resumes the moment you reconnect.
